WCET 16th Annual Conference
November 10 - 13, 2004
Westin Riverwalk Hotel
San Antonio, Texas

A few years ago e-learning began quietly in the corners of institutions, usually in the divisions of distance or continuing education. Before long it moved into the spotlight as a growing population of adult and technology-savvy students demanded more. Suddenly the boundaries were too small and e-learning started to weave into the core fabric of many institutions.

This transition is bringing about many changes in the way institutions operate. Its potential is even greater. This conference will address those changes and the policies and practices that will ensure a brighter future for higher education

We'll be at the beautiful Westin Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio, TX and we're ready to have a great conference - Texas style.

The program has something for everyone and is focused around five educational strands: Beyond the Institution, Emerging Technologies, Faculty, Institutional Level, and Student

Please send questions or comments to conference@wcet.info.
